We are offering free shipping when delivering only. If you are not completely happy with the artwork and want to return or exchange it, then you have to pay the return cost.

14 Days to Return

Returning an item couldn't be easier. If you are not completely happy with your artwork, you have 14 days from the date you received the piece to get a replacement or to return the item.

Returns and Exchanges

For simple, fast service, you’ll need to make sure of the following:

• The artwork arrives back within the 14 days of your request

• The artwork is in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.

What happens next?

• Once we receive your request we'll process it within one working day

• You will be fully refunded the artwork value once we confirm the artwork has reached safely back with us

• Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement, then we will ship your new artwork as soon as we receive the original piece
